I have a small double room available in a tidy and well maintained flat. The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, shoe rack, desk and chair. All bills are included in the rent and I will consider weekend only and Monday–Friday lets for a reduced price. Sarting with a 3 month minimum contract.

The flat is located near Moulsham Street with easy access to shops and good public transport links- there is also parking available if you drive. The room would be suited to a single female professional or mature student who appreciates a relaxed, clean and respectful living environment.

You will be sharing the flat with me - I'm easy going, enjoy spending time at home relaxing, watching TV, and cooking. I also like to have the occasional night out catching up with friends and family over food and drinks.
