2 bed house in Moulsham - live out landlord

Hello, I am looking to rent out my house in Moulsham. It has recently been renovated to a high standard.

I will be living in another property however will pop back occasionally (likely once a month) to oversee maintenance work at the house. I am also required by insurance to sleep overnight at the property once every 60 days.

The house in furnished with a double bed, sofa, dining table, TV, home working area etc.

I am essentially looking for a trustworthy individual to live at the house whilst I am elsewhere. I am open to negotiating terms. Trust and taking care of the house is the most important aspect to me.

Moulsham is a great area with lots of shops and cafes and the house is walking distance to Chelmsford train station. Bills included covering gas ,water, electric.
