There is a huge 90' secluded rear garden, 70 sq mtrs of common areas downstairs (living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, utility room) and off-street parking. There are a total of 4 tenants where every room has its own bathroom, and they benefit from 2 eating areas and 2 sofa areas within the common areas. The kitchen has lots of storage, and there are 2 fridges to be shared between the 4 tenants, so each two tenants share one fridge.

ALL BILLS are INCLUDED, comprising electricity, gas, water, TV licence, 500 Mb fibre broadband, council tax and weekly cleaning of common areas.
