The flat is in a great location with lots of amenities nearby, including a pharmacy, GP surgery, Clock Tower Retail Park (M&S food, Aldi, Dunelm, Costa and more), and a big Tesco. There is a shortcut through the park that gets you to Chelmsford station in about 15 minutes.
I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy going.
WiFi is £30 per month.
Council tax is £156 per month
Electric varies between 100-150, depending on usage. To give you an idea of what bills would look like.
There is a space for parking.
