Double room for single occupant close to station

This bright room is available for a lodger. It's less than a 15 minute walk to the station. There are two bathrooms in the property so I'm sure you could have main use of one of those.

It comes with a bed, wardrobe and side table but I can get a desk in if that would be of use. It's council tax band 2 - but I've wrapped all bills in with the rent as it's a faff otherwise.

It's got a little garden which is great for reading out in the sunshine.

I'm a TV producer and theatre performer so often pretty busy, and sometimes working from home/ away from home.

Ideally I'm looking for someone for a relatively short term: 2 months to extend if the vibe is right. It depends what you are looking for too. Get in touch either way I'd say - I'm flexible.
