The Broadband service is fast wi-fi and works well in the entire property. The room has a double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinets, central heating via radiators and lights with dimmer switches. Bedroom doors all also have locks. This is my home and it's clean and modern. I have a cleaner every week. The room shares the use of the recently re-fitted family bathroom with roll top bath and separate large shower cubicle with a heated towel rail. I have my own en-suite off my bedroom. There is a spacious kitchen / b'fast room with cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and a separate utility room with washing machine and large lounge with 42" TV and Internet. A dining room / study and downstairs loo.
Outside there is ample parking. A garage that can be user to store bikes etc and a large garden and plenty of patio area for eating outside during the summer.
I have 2 little Burmese cats who live in the kitchen / b'fast room so potential lodgers need to like cats. They are very friendly and wouldn't hurt a fly.
I have a cleaner who cleans the entire house once a week. There is a TV in the Bedroom with freeview.
Good access to both Chelmsford Town Center and A12.
