This is a two bedroom flat situated about a minutes walk from Chelmsford train station and bus station. It has a parking bay for a vehicle which is secure by a coded gate. It was built about three years ago. It has a nice modern bathroom. The flat has everything including a washing machine (also a tumble dryer), dish washer, and oven. However the spare room is not yet furnished so please bring bed ect. It is of a good size and the building has a lift and the flat is on the third floor.

I am looking for a tidy female/male with a good sense of humour. Also someone who doesn't mind me working shift work.
