Single room available in an executive 2 bedroomed flat overlooking Springfield Basin, which is a quiet stretch of canal in a central location located a couple of minutes from town.

It's a two minute walk to town and a fifteen minute walk to the train station.

All bills included. The room has a double bed at the moment, but I can swap it for a single bed if you want a bit more room, as well as a wardrobe and a shelving unit.

Full Sky TV package (excluding Movies, but who needs to watch the same film seven times every month, right?), shared living room and unlimited broadband, as well as a massive HDTV (yes, it's a shallow thing to put, but I like the tv) Sharing with me - I'm a 34 year old guy, working full time in town (or in "the city" if we're being pedantic), looking for someone fairly easy going.
