Lovely, Clean, Single, Furnished Room To Rent

Hi. I have a lovely clean newly decorated single room to let in quiet 3 bedroom house. I am a live in landlady with a dog! Shared rooms are bathroom kitchen and garden but NOT living room. Room is furnished with storage & bed linen. I am 2 miles from town centre (about 25 mins walk) and 2 miles from Writtle Ag college. There is a bus stop at the bottom of my road that goes either directly in to town or to Broomfield Hospital. I am a professional, working for Essex County Council. The room would particulary suit someone who doesn't want to share with a group of people but prefer a quieter household. Looking for professional female.
