Furnished room with double bed

We have a bright, furnished room with double bed overlooking the back garden, within our family home, in Broomfield which has just become available. We are a short bus ride or a 15 minute walk to Chelmsford. We are also about a 15 minute walk to Broomfield Hospital. There is a Co-op, Tesco Express and various takeaways a couple of minutes walk away as well as The Angel pub which has a beer garden and serves food. The room has wifi, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is use of the kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Shared bathroom with one other female. We are relaxed and easy going. The rent is £150 per week paid monthly with all bills included. We are looking for someone who is working, reasonably quiet, friendly and tidy. If you would like to view the room please contact us.
