Double Room to Rent

Hello,

I'm looking for a lodger in the Chelmsford area. I have 1 room to rent in my home. It is a lovely quiet area with good transport links to the city centre. You can typically find parking outside the house, however there is some parking to the rear of the property. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe and dresser. All bills are included in the rent. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I'm willing to consider short term let's for £150pw.
