Furnished double room (10ft x 8ft) in 3 bed house with use of own bathroom (wc, bath, power shower).

House owned by professional gay male. I have lived here for 20 years- I also have a romanian rescue called Tilly (5) so people with dog allergies should not apply. If you are happy to let them out occasionally and feed them if I had to go away with work over night, that would be an enormous help.

My home is a cosy welcoming 3 bedroom house in a quiet street with lovely neighbours so I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and thoughtful in nature. I am house proud and keep things very clean and tidy, so require the same. I works from home most of the time, so a lodger who can respect office hours is critical.

Local info: ASDA is 10 mins walk from the house, Sainsbury's is 10 min drive. We're on a bus route in to Chelmsford city centre and also a 15-20 minute walk from the Fox and Raven pub.
The bus to Chelmsford station takes about 20 mins and Chelmsford to Liverpool Street is 35 mins. We're also 30 mins drive from Stansted Airport

There is a space for a car which is off the road.
