The flat comprises a large communal living room, with main TV, DVD player, and dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom with over-the-bath shower. The flat is near the centre of Chelmsford and the train station (15 minute walk), in close proximity to the A12 and M25.

There is ample parking available.
Deposit required of £200, re-paid on date of departure.
Would suit a professional, requiring a room, Monday to Friday but is also available for 7 day rental should it be necessary.

No students, DSS or couples. I am a live-in landlord.

Please note for 5 days a week I will need proof of home address in addition to proof of employment.
