I'm seeking a mature, tidy, quiet, clean, considerate and friendly (preferably female) lodger, to share my large home with me and my friendly dog - a Chihuahua called Milo.
Definitely need to be a dog lover!
I would ideally prefer a long term (6 mths plus) let, but would consider someone short term, preferably in full time employment or a mature student.
Lovely, large, cosy, furnished, double room with 4ft bed and underbed storage, mirrored wardrobe, large desk, chest of drawers and 2 bookcases in modern, spacious town-house in central Chelmsford
Room is on ground floor adjacent to kitchen /conservatory and downstairs toilet and basin .
You'll have use of a large, well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar seating ,(washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and tumble dryer)
Large conservatory/dining room/sitting area off the kitchen, leading to a south facing garden .
2 bathrooms/shower rooms and downstairs cloakroom.
High speed faster fibre optic broadband.
Small, sunny, landscaped garden with seating and eating area in the warmer weather and plenty of on street parking directly outside the house.
Garage for bike storage too.
15 mins walk to Chelmsford rail/bus station and town centre.
Excellent location with local shops inc. M&S, Tesco and Aldi. Excellent Doctors surgery and pharmacy on the estate.
Several parks, restaurants and sports centre/Gym close by.
On a regular local bus route.
driving access for A12 - London/Colchester.
