Hello! I have an en-suite room to let in my two bed, two bath ground floor flat in a brand new development in Chigwell. It’s a quiet hamlet, where you can enjoy all the benefits of country-style living (next to Hainault country park), with convenient access to London (nearest stations are Hainault and Fairlop in Zone 4, and Romford in Zone 6).

Everything in the flat is pretty much brand new, as it was built four years ago (appliances etc) and the room has a double bed and spacious fitted wardrobe. The en-suite has a shower and the main bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head. An open plan kitchen includes all appliances, including washing machine and dryer and dishwasher.

- Broadband (BT Superfast Fibre)
- Sky TV (inc movies and boxsets), Netflix, Disney+, Amazon PrimeTV

There is a private shuttle bus which runs every half hour from the development to Hainault station and back, on weekdays. Alternatively, there is a bus stop at the entrance to the development with normal TfL buses running regularly.

The development is also well positioned for road travel, situated just off Romford Road, with the A12 less than 2 miles away.

The nearest supermarket is 1 mile away, and Liberty Shopping centre (Romford) and Westfield Shopping Centre (Stratford) can both be reached within 30 minutes.

About me... I’m a finance professional, I commute into the city and sometimes can work quite long hours during the week. I’m pretty sociable but equally like relaxing at home. Since the lockdown, I have been working exclusively from home.
