The property is situated within a 5 minute walk of the Central Line Station - Grange Hill & just 12 minutes walk from Hainault Station making it the perfect location for that quick commute into London every day.
The room is beautifully decorated and has a large double built in wardrobe containing a large IKEA Hemnes Chest of drawers, further storage is available under the gas lift Ottoman bed. The house consists of a medium sized kitchen, spacious living room / dining area a downstairs loo and a small utility room to the rear of the property Containing a washing machine & tumble drier for your use. I do spend some weekends away from home when I visit my family in Spain. The house is very quiet now and the right lodger will hopefully bring some nice energy to the property!! I will consider couples & the rent for a couple will be £600 PCM. I am a smoker but I do not smoke inside the house...smokers are welcome to view, but, need to respect the no smoking in the house policy!!
