If you have a car, there's parking permit free zone on the road. Quiet area, nice and clean house, with a lovely garden. You will have your own main bathroom, so we won't step on each other's toes. :))) This is a non smoking house. If you're a smoker, you can just step out in the garden and have your cigarette/vape/roll-up.
