We have a small double furnished room available In Hainault/ Chigwell IG7. It’s About 7 minutes walk to the station or the bus stop is right outside the door. £650 deposit. Price inc all bills ( internet, gas, electricity, council tax and water). Free parking outside. The room is small but there is extra storage space elsewhere in the house. Its a 4 bedroom house. With 2 bathrooms both with showers. The room has a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and table. Currently living in the house at the moment is myself And 2 other girls. I’m from Ireland 32, Olivia is English 32 and Angelina is Swiss 30. We are all easygoing, clean and like to catch up over a glass of wine but also respect eachothers space.
