double room on central line all bills inc

Hey we have a small double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house near Hainault and Grange Hill station on the central line. 7 minutes walk to each or bus 2 minutes walk if preferred. We would prefer another girl as there is 3 of us already. 2 toilets. Looking for someone clean and laidback. Free parking. Rent includes all bills. Room comes fully furnished. More storage in outside garage or attic if needed. Living in the house at the moment is. 3 girls one ages 27,30,31. I’m Irish, one English and other girl Swiss. We are all social and laidback.
