double room on central line all bills inc

Hey we have a small double room to rent in a 4 bedroom house near Hainault and Grange Hill station on the central line. 7 minutes walk to each or bus 2 minutes walk if preferred. We would prefer another girl as there is 3 of us already. There is 2 toilets both with showers. I also have a little Maltese dog. We are Looking for someone clean and laidback. We like to socialise abut also respect each other’s space. There is Free parking outside . Rent includes all bills. Room comes fully furnished with a double bed. There is More storage in the outside garage or attic if needed. Living in the house at the moment is. 3 girls one ages 27,30,31. I’m Irish, one English and other girl Swiss. House is always clean.
