1 single room but could fit double bed if wanted.

Myself and my 14 year old daughter live here so for that reason, we would prefer another female living with us. I'm a vegetarian but cook meat for my daughter. We have a spacious hallway if working from home space is needed. All rooms can be shared. We have a very friendly cat who is 18 years old, he's blind so we cannot have clutter around which he could fall over. I work from home a few days a week. Price of room includes all bills, Internet and access to all shared areas of our home. My main request is someone that cleans up after themselves and isn't too loud at night.
