An older person with reduced mobility and slight memory loss is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would most of all value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight. They would also like some general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, cooking a few meals, light cleaning and tidying, ad hoc practical help and other errands as may be needed and accompanying on an occasional outing. Nb please no bacon/pork or shellfish in the house.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is in Chignell, just over half a mile from Grange Hill Station (Central Line) approx. 12 minutes’ walk away.

The person loves company, watches TV – documentaries, Coronation Street, the news, Netflix – and used to love going to car boot sales.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
