Part time Housekeeper - Reduced rent

I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy and organised person to help maintain a clean, tidy and well-run family home in Chigwell.

This is a part-time housekeeping role of approximately 10 hours per week, spread across 2–3 days. The successful person will also have their own spacious double bedroom within the home.

Housekeeping duties include:
• General cleaning of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home
• Weekly deeper-cleaning tasks
• Changing bed linen
• Laundry and ironing
• Keeping the home tidy and organised
• Light meal preparation when required
• Occasional reasonable household tasks as needed

Accommodation:
• Spacious double bedroom
• £600 per month including bills
• Lovely residential area of Chigwell
• The room would suit someone who works elsewhere and is looking for affordable, comfortable accommodation

This would be particularly suitable for someone who already has a job or other commitments and would like to combine affordable accommodation with a small amount of regular housekeeping work.

Please note: this is approximately 10 hours of housekeeping per week, not a full-time live-in housekeeping position.
