Double Room in Chigwell near central line tube

The house is a large grade 2 listed newly refurbished farmhouse built in 1750. Room is a large double room with King size bed. There are 3 bathrooms , large country kitchen AGA oven. Good laundry facilities with washing machine and gas dryer .Very large lounge with Cinema surround sound and computor linking TV. So can download any film or music stream.
There is a double garage at the bottom of the garden which is very large and overlooks fields, and has exercise equipment , treadmill cycle stepper all can be used .There is a pool table in the lounge to use also. There is plenty of off road space for parking although a car is not essential as bus and tube is close.
There is a stable next door , so you can wake to the sound of horses and tennis courts (free)are within 5 minutes walk. This house has all the benefits of being in the country with plenty of walking routes but is 10 mins walk from the central line and 35 mins from Liverpool Street. I am looking for a decent person who will respect my family home. I have a cleaner in every Saturday to keep the common areas clean and the house is always spotless.
