Clean modern home

I have a modern semi detached house with a garden, down a quiet dead end road which has plenty of parking available. The house is always kept tidy - I have a cleaner and a slight case of OCD which helps!

Minutes walking distance to following train stations: Grange Hill and Hainault (Central line, zone 4, 35 mins to Liverpool Street).

Currently there is myself and Emma and we are looking for 1 person to join us as our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

We are a pretty relaxed household and are looking for a housemate that is clean, friendly, considerate and positive .

Room comes with a double bed (very recently brand new mattress), 2 double wardrobes, bedside table, shelf and TV on wall.

Room will be freshly painted white on 17th Feb.

Great view of London/Canary Wharf from the front and there are 2 fields outside the front of the house. Plenty of parking available outside the property too.

Must be ok with small dog.

I am open to Mon-Fri Lets if you need.
