It has a new comfortable kingsize bed with 30 cm depth foam mattress.
There is a LODGERS agreement to sign on all rooms.
Its like a continuous Air B & B. Its a 'room to let' on a 'month by month' renewal agreement for a LODGER >> not a tenant. This suits you because if your circumstances change you can leave whenever you want. You are not tied into a long agreement.
There is street parking opposite the room. It's a very safe area.
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the rooms (except outdoors).
Please be sure you can fulfil the listed criteria below before agreeing to view..
1) Pay monthly by bank Standing Order.
2) No private furniture to be be brought in whatsoever, apart from small pictures and small private ornaments.
3) If you have a serious criminal record PLEASE don't apply. Checks are made.
4) A checkable reference or testimonial is required.
5) You must be over 35
6) You must have a job
7) no housing benifit or job allowance
Please be aware that if you miss your rent you'll be told to vacate immediately. No excuses = same as an Air B&B or hotel.
So, to sum up. You'll need
to leave a returnable deposit.
Allow me to photo your passport or drivers licence.
Allow me to take a 'mug' shot.
Leave me your phone number.
Use WhatsApp.
If you leave early there is no rent return.
No criminal record
No overnite guests.
No rent on time >> you will need to leave next day. No exceptions.
