I'm offering a lodgers agreement. NOT a long term tenancy agreement. This means you can leave whenever you want.

Please be aware there is no space for your own furniture whatsoever >> only pictures and ornaments. There's room under the single bed for cases and bags. If you want a double bed I will buy one.

The house is situated in the centre of Church Langley near to a reliable bus stop and Tescos.

You have your own downstairs toilet and wash basin >> no-one else can use it.

However, the upstairs shower is shared. Washing machine, fridge etc.

It's a 'month by month' agreement >> known as a room to let.

Smoking outside is ok.
