Single upstairs room

I'm offering a lodgers agreement, NOT a long term tenancy agreement. This means you can leave whenever you want. The rent is negotiable. It behinds on what you are willing to offer on household duties.
The lower rent is a short introductory offer.

There is no space for your own furniture >> only pictures and ornaments. There's room under the single bed for cases and bags. It's a single bed therefore friend stop overs is not possible.

The house is situated in the centre of Church Langley near a reliable bus stop and Tescos.
The upstairs shower is shared with two others. There is a washing machine, fridge etc.

It's a 'month by month' agreement >> known as a rolling room to let.

Smoking outside is ok.
