We’re offering a comfortable, fully furnished double room in a friendly, relaxed household. The room comes with a double bed, under-bed storage, clothing rail, and bedside table — perfect for someone looking for a peaceful space to call home.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower. We’re ideally looking for a considerate, responsible and working individual who values a calm and tidy living environment. Age is less important to us than attitude — if you’re respectful, you’re welcome.

Location:
We’re in a convenient spot — within walking distance of Clacton Factory Outlet, Tesco and Morrisons. Clacton town centre is under 5 minutes by car, and the beach is just 10 minutes away. There are two train stations nearby, plus a local bus stop just one road over.

Parking:
There’s plenty of free street parking available (no driveway access).

Extras:
We share our home with a friendly rescue Cockapoo who loves treats and cuddles (once he gets to know you!). If you’re a dog person, that’s a bonus!
