We’re looking for a quiet, respectful individual for a double room, furnished with double bed, under bed storage, clothing rail and bedside table. Access to bathroom with shower and bath.

Can be flexible with the ages as long as you’re responsible, mature, considerate and working.

Situated walking distance from Clacton Factory Outlet shopping centre.
Less than 5 minute drive to town and 10 minute drive to beach. Two very close local train stations and one road from bus stop.
Walking distance to Tesco and Morrison’s.

No driveway parking available, but plenty of street parking.
