Your own annex in a beautiful detached home

I am lucky to live in a beautiful and immaculate home, and I'm looking for someone to occupy the annexe.

About me:

I work in sustainability and run a small charity. I am a very kind, positive and easygoing person and really hope for a housemate that I get on with and I can provide a lovely home.

I travel quite a lot, so you will quite often have the whole house to yourself. I have a young daughter who lives in Bristol (hence why I am away a lot!) She is my whole world.

The vibe:

I am very clean and tidy, and I would respectfully ask that the person is also clean and tidy and is able to provide professional references.

Happy to work to an agreement where you only need to give me one week's notice if you need to move.

About the annexe.

You would have your own separate entrance and driveway space. We are a two-minute walk to the station, four minutes to the beach and a few minutes to the town.

Your annexe has a front room (unfurnished) that is perfect for a home office / little lounge.

You have your own shower room and toilet.

Then there is the pretty cool bedroom. It has a double mezzanine bed as well as a single bed (you'd be more than welcome to move the single bed out of the room to create more space).

The bedroom walks straight out into the very peaceful (and beautiful) garden. We can share the spoils from the strawberry plants!

You will have shared access to the kitchen, lounge, garden, and garage. This includes a washing machine and all the utilities you need.

The only bill not included is electricity for heating your room. This means in warm months you will have almost no charge for electricity. In the winter months, it will likely be another £50 per month (the room is fitted with a great electric heater).
