Urgent Flatmate Needed

I am currently a Student at Tiffany Theatre college and as my flatemate is moving out I urgently need someone to move into the room. The flat is situated right by the high street. Train station, supermarkets and college all within a short walk away. Large bathroom, large shared living room. Kitchen has all the amenities. Would prefer a new student however not bound to this. The contract is one year from September. The room is technically unfurnished, but my flatmate is willing to sell the next occupant her furniture at a great price.
