Lovely spacious double room to let in Clacton

A lovely room for let In a 4 bedroom house with 2 toilets a bathroom and a shower room.
The house has all new flooring and carpets and has been freshly decorated recently. Council Tax, water, electric, gas and internet all included in rent. Combi boiler providing central heating and hot water.
And also a washing machine and large fridge built in cooker and oven. Lovely black granite worktop recently fitted in kitchen and a large 6 seater dining table.
This house was purchased as a holiday house, and is only used by owners on occasional weekends and school holidays. We let out 2 other rooms, so other rooms would be empty a majority of the time.
One room is currently let out to a female student (who will be leaving at end of July) and the other is a young lady who works at a local nursing home. So although only one room available at beginning of July, another room will also be available from the 22nd July. We would like to let the rooms out to students or professionals.

It is a spacious double room on the ground floor and comes part furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and small sofa bed - this room is £145 per week including all bills.
The house has a very large kitchen which has double doors that lead out into a large garden. There is a toilet downstairs and newly installed bathroom and a separate shower room on the first floor.
We would really like someone who is clean and respectful of their surroundings, can clean up behind themselves.
We are willing to consider some pets (to be discussed prior to moving in).
Clacton pier is less than 5 min walk away and the beach is at the top of our road so you can’t get easier access to the sea.
Easy access and walking distance to shops, train station etc…
