The house has a huge garden with open field views, and we’re an easy-going household.

🐶 Dogs welcome for the right breed / temperament, and we’re open to a couple for the right fit.
🚗 Driveway space available if needed.

📌 Universal Credit note: Housing Element payments are based on Local Housing Allowance rates. For shared accommodation in this area, the amount paid is usually lower than £600, so anyone claiming UC would need to cover any shortfall themselves.
