Single room to rent

i have a 8 bedroomed house in clacton-on-sea Essex not far from the beach and town centre and a walking distance to the railway station also bus servises, my rooms are nice and clean and have all got T. V plus freeview and tea and coffee making facilities, and fridges and a microwave in some of the rooms. shared bath & shower facilities
working people only. minimum stay is 3 months.
my tenants whom are here staying with me are in there 40's and 70's and mostly male. they are all
quite and have been here for a long time.
