Double room to rent- Farm house.

Hi, my name is George and me and my partner rent out our rooms in our farm house which is based in Coggeshall, Essex. The house is a 10 minute drive to Braintree as well as a 15 minute drive to central Colchester. The house is also a 5-minute drive to Kelvedon train station and a 5-minute drive to Marks Tey train station. A Bus stop is outside the house going from Chelmsford via Braintree to Colchester. We have a large Co-op in our Village and a very small drive away to main supermarkets.

We have two males living with us and are looking for people who are friendly and professional to move into the other spare room.

We see the house as a home and like to keep it clean and tidy, therefore we are looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and be respectful of others.
We are sociable and friendly and help each other out as well as happy to give people their space.

The house is big and spacious with a lovely lounge, kitchen, laundry room, conservatory, 2x toilets, 1x bathroom which are communal for everyone to use. Me and my partner have our own un suite bathroom so are not included in the communal bathroom.

We have a large garden which everyone can use and is lovely in the summer time to have a BBQ.

The parking is great and is not an issue as up to 8 cars can fit on there.

The monthly price includes all bills.

We are looking for someone who has a friendly and approachable attitude as well as a person who gets on well with other people.
