Double Room To Rent With Own Bathroom- Dog Lovers

I am renting out my spare room of my two bed house. I have a en-suite therefore you would have your own bathroom, with a bath and shower.

I have a dog (just turned 1) therefore you would have to be a dog lover to live here. I won't ask for you to look after him or walk him at all, if you wanted to then you are welcome to.

I am very family orientated, therefore my family might come round for dinners or drinks.

The house is very modern, it has all the amenities including a dishwasher. I have an extra chest freezer in the shed. There is a downstairs loo- more loo's than people!!! One space on the drive for parking, however the area doesn't have permit parking (yet), so free parking. Nice sized garden with a big shed for bikes or others.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Colchester North Station. 5 minute walk to Colchester Hospital & 2 minutes from a mainline bus route.

If you like the sound of the place I would welcome you to come and have a look and get to know each other a little better.

I am offering the room on a furnished basis, the room has a small double bed, desk & stool, built in wardrobe & chest of drawers.

I will require a credit check and a letter of reference.

You must be a dog lover!!!
