Hi, we are a friendly working professional couple who own a lovely flat in Colchester - situated 8 minute walking distance from Colchester North train station.

We have a very spacious second bedroom available. It comprises of a triple wardrobe, a desk and a comfortable sofa bed (recommended shorter term let).

You have your own bathroom and shared living room/kitchen with all the mod cons.

The rental price includes bills also - that covers strong WIFI as well!

As a couple, we have been together for five years and previously lived in London. One of us works from home as a designer and the other works monday-friday in London. Both of us will be home in the evenings but are very welcoming and laid back.

We are looking for female preferred tenants who need a spare room and are tidy and respectful whilst staying here.
