We have a lovely light, airy room with two shared shower rooms with 4 other tenants. It is available from 1st November for £535/month including all bills.

The rooms comes complete with stylish furniture, a great mattress for a good night's sleep and loads of storage from the wardrobe, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers!

No tenant fees!
There is a small £120 Reservation deposit, which secures the room for 7 days whilst we undertake our simple referencing process. This goes towards your £300 Security deposit before move in, along with your first month's rent.

We're looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants.

Unfortunately, we can't take couples, or those wishing to have children stay.
