Bedroom in a spacious friendly house+garden

Our friendly household is between university and towncenter, across the highwoods park from hospital. We are looking for people with interesting professions and hobbies, to add to mediaeval reenactment and Indian dance, so please tell us about yourself when contact first. Cul de sac is away from traffic noise with a large garden. Bills included except for energy which comes around 25. Walking distance to towncenter, or bus 102, bus 62A to university. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and electric cooker with oven.
