Double Room in a Houseshare

The house is close to the town centre and the University. It would take around 20 minutes to walk to town and about 30 minutes to the university.

Buses in to town run every 10 minutes. You can also catch a buss to the University.

The local shops are a short walk away.

The room is in a three/four bedroom semi-detached house in a quite area.

There is no smoking allowed in the house.

You will be sharing the amenities, which includes the bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and wireless broadband.

There is no off street parking but you can park on the road close to the house.

I have one pet, which is a medium sized dog called Teddy, so if you also have a dog he or she would be able to stay here with you.
