Need a person to take over the room as soon as possible. They should be a student or graduate as the property is managed by SU Homes. The landlord normally doesn’t allow pets, but gave permission for guinea pigs in the garden, so they may be flexible but this isn’t guaranteed. The house is very close to town and well connected to the university, with a main bus stop and the bus station around a 5 minute walk away.
