Double Room Available On Colchester Until June

Hello I have a room in Albany gardens that I would like to move out from and commute but in order for me to move out I must find a tenant to replace me. The room is a double room and a bathroom to yourself. It’s not en-suite but the bathroom is literally the door next to the bedroom. And there a big living room and decent sized modern kitchen. The rent is £465 a month and the tenancy ends on June 20th with the option to extend which the landlord does offer. As you can see the room is not empty because I am still staying there until someone replaces my tenancy. This at least allows you To see how the room will look when you have moved in.
