Lovely cosy room situated in a very nice area

Hi we are a live in landlord couple and have a lovely cosy room to rent
Shared bathroom but can use our en-suite when we are not in there of course
We are very friendly and a good laugh so must have a sense of humor
We would prefer someone who is very clean and tidy and respectful please
There is sky and all bills included too
