I have 2 small dogs so a dog lover is a must.
House is located 10 minute walk from Colchester town centre and benefits from a garden and on road parking. 5/10 minute walk from Colchester town station and on a good bus route.
Bedroom can either be furnished or unfurnished. Shared bathroom but there is a downstairs toilet for any guests so upstairs bathroom is purely for our use. Bathroom has both a shower and bath.
£450 a month, all bills included.
