Room For Rent in Student House

There is currently one spare room available at our 3 bedroom student house accommodation located at greenstead and it is available to move into asap. The house is located about 19 min away from the university by foot. The rent is £280 per month plus the bills which are estimated at £50 per month including electricity, water and the broadband so the cost of living here adds up to about £330 per month. The deposit is £200. The landlord is a very understanding and reliable person. There will be two other students living here, who are very friendly and respectful.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, an office chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The shared spaces in the house include a bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen with amenities including a washing machine. There’s also a shared living room and a back garden. There is a garage which is currently being rebuilt and will be available soon.

We are looking for a student housemate, Smoking is only permitted in the garden or outside.
