The property includes two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and numerous storage spaces. There is also on street parking outside of the property. The tenancy would have to be taken by someone who is a full time student as the property is let by SU homes.

I have 2 housemates, one male second year and one female 3rd year, they've been great housemates and are very easy to get along with.
