The flat has 3 bedrooms on Quayside 15 minutes from the University of Essex and 5 minutes to both Hythe station and Tesco supermarket.

1. You will need photo ID(Student card , driving licence, passport)
2. If you are working you will need the usual paperwork required.
3. You do not need to pay council tax if u are a student.
