Large bright room available Colchester CO2 0BH.

Looking for a non smoking, single, full time working professional / mature student (who has to love dogs!).

The room has a king size ottoman bed, desk with drawers and chair, drawer unit, triple wardrobe with shelving and hanging, virgin and a large TV.

Live in landlords. Female 33 who works from home, male 34 at the property Friday to Monday.

Ample parking/close to main bus routes, quiet cul de sac, main bathroom with shower over bath, extra wc downstairs. Shared lounge, kitchen and garden.

If renting on a weekly basis £125 per week with two weeks deposit.

If renting on a monthly basis, one month is £525 (paid in advance) with one months deposit.

All bills included.

References required and will be checked with your permission - Employers, letter of employment and/or pay slips, previous landlord and character.

You HAVE to be clean and tidy for my sanity or be happy to pay for a cleaner for your contribution :-)

We are an easy going house, happy to socialise or to keep to ourselves (apart from the dog who is unaware of personal space!).
