We have two wonderful bright and airy rooms available in this freshly decorated new house share a short walk away from Colchester Town Centre. There are full grey carpets throughout and rooms have all been decorated in white and come fully furnished and ready to move into.

In a great CO2 residential location 23m walking distance from Colchester Town Station and the main Town Centre. There is parking available as well as public transport links into the Town Centre from the main road. With easy access to Colchester Train Stations, this house is also ideal for commuters as well as those working locally in Colchester.

Our Rooms:
We have two fantastic rooms available in this modern houseshare with a clean, neutral and contemporary decor. The rooms are both furnished and ready to move into. They come with a double bed (complete with a double mattress for a good night’s sleep); a bedside table, chest of drawers and either a freestanding wardrobe with mirrored doors or built in wardrobe.

- All bills are included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water and TV License)
- Full use of well-equipped shared kitchen and utility room including washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave and kettle.

Fees:
There are no fees to pay. These rooms are available with a partial deposit of £300. A non-refundable £100 holding deposit is required to secure the room. Once referencing is complete this will be deducted from your first month's rent.

About You:
We are looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a 3-month minimum tenancy is required. Unfortunately we cannot take couples or those wishing to have children or pets stay.
