One double room is available in a beautiful three-bedroom flat. It is only a minute's walk to the high street, restaurants, bars, etc., but it is located on a peaceful residential street. Colchester Town railway station and bus station are only a few minutes away. The room is nicely furnished, and the rest of the flat (including the kitchen, bathroom and living room) is finished to a good standard. Clean & tidy, non-smoking people only, please.

You would share with two mature young professionals. This flat share is best suited to someone who enjoys a quiet, friendly home, likes to socialise with their flatmates, and enjoys their own free time. A mature and clean person is ideal. Students or full-time working professionals are welcome.
