One room with 3ft single bed in this student house-share near the University of Essex, and commutable to ARU Chelmsford.. The room is also furnished with a desk, chair, drawers & large Ikea wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom with bath, electric shower, toilet & basin. Downstairs is another toilet with handbasin. The communal lounge has two sofas, dining table & bench seats, and a 32in TV. Next to the lounge is the large shared kitchen, equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge-freezer, kettle,, microwave, toaster, and washer/dryer. Outside the front garden is grassed, while the back garden has a sunny patio & a grassed area, with two bicycle sheds.

1 mile to the University of Essex, by cycle path, or 1,5 miles by road. 0.5 mile to local shops, while a large Tesco supermarket is approx 1 mile away.

Travelling time to ARU Chelmsford is 1hr 10 mins to 1hr 30 mins.

Off street parking is freely available. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac, so there is no traffic noise.
