The house is personally managed by the landlords, so that tenants benefit from out of hours contact, and any problems can be quickly addressed.

The house lies just over a mile (1.3 miles) from the University of Essex, Colchester campus, by road, or a 10 minute cycle ride or 20 - 25 min walk by cycle path.

Bus stop very nearby with services to Essex Uni campus & town centre.

ARU Chelmsford is accessible in approx 70 to 90 mins by bus & train. The Hythe train station is 1 mile away. (20 mins walk or 6 mins by bus.) Trains also available to Chelmsford from Colchester Town station and Colchester North (mainline) station.
